Our Schedule
Burn Kickboxing offers a diverse schedule to fit your fitness needs and lifestyle. Our classes are designed to accommodate various schedules, ensuring you can find the perfect time to work out. Whether you prefer early morning sessions or late evening classes, we have options available throughout the week. Adult Kickboxing
Group classes follow a 4 week rotation with a core of the class on the Wavemaster 2XL Pro Heavy Bags. They also incorporate other equipment and a wide variety of formats for a dynamic, muscle-burning, body-sculpting workout!

BK Strength
A focus on resistance and strength training only. Equipment like dumbbell weights, TRX, resistance bands and more, involved in every class, with a variety of upper body, lower body, and full body burnouts!

Bag Blitz Classes
Short bursts of bags, bags, bags! Some 30 or 40 minute sessions to get in a calorie-crushing, intense bag blitz for a quick and intense workout!

Forever Fit
With a focus on regaining strength and stamina. These 45 minute sessions are great for someone coming back from injury, possible a little older still looking for a great workout without all the high impact, and a connective community with warmup, stretching, and cool down exercises.

Kids Kickboxing
Age-specific curriculum that will have kids working through various skills, drills, and both on-off the mat requirements to progress through the program and earn new levels of achievement. They will learn self-defense, bully awareness, life skills, and character development.
